I haven’t received the service
In some cases confirming the payment with your mobile operator can take up to 4-6 hours. If you haven’t received any error notifications, please allow us some time to process the payment. Currently, delivery delays are more frequent in following countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. Please get back to us after 4-6 hours if you still haven’t received the service by that time. If you made a payment inside a mobile app, please try the following: exit the app, make sure you are connected to Internet and launch the app again. Please get back to us after 4-6 hours if you still haven’t received the service by that time.

If you haven’t received the service and if you haven’t received any reply message either, then most probably you were not charged. Please make sure that you have enough balance on your pre-paid card or your post-paid card allows you to use Premium SMS services. It could be a temporary connection issue as well so please make sure your internet connection is working or you’re in an area with cellular network coverage.
